M-100X 可調式流量開關是一款極為靈敏且防爆的流量開關。它被設計用於監測製程控制和惰性氣體中儀表的重要樣品流量參數。它用作流量計的輔助警報監視器，適合安裝在旁路上以確定過濾器堵塞的應用。 M-100X 流量開關提供 1/8" FNPT 和 1/4" 尺寸，並採用不銹鋼作為材料選項，水流量範圍為 17-2,000 ml/min，空氣流量範圍為 400-65,000 sscm。

當沒有流動時，自由磁性活塞停留在孔的底部。相對於可變節流孔調節的流量過程變化會啟動活塞的運動，當流量損失時，活塞會恢復到原始位置。活塞的運動會驅動敏感的簧片開關，該簧片開關可以根據具體要求定位以指示常開或常閉電路。逆時針調整調整螺絲可以允許更多的流量通過旁路，從而有效降低流量開關的靈敏度。順時針調整調整螺絲可減少旁路流量，將流路重新引導至主孔，以獲得更靈敏的流量開關。
