The RKI Instruments SDM-Force Calibration Station is a versatile maintenance tool designed to streamline the servicing of the GX-Force portable gas monitor. This docking station functions as a stand-alone device for charging, calibrating, and performing bump tests. It automatically stores all service records for easy future retrieval via a USB flash drive. The SDM-Force includes PC software and a USB flash drive for seamless data transfer and archiving.
For advanced functionality, the SDM-Force can also be integrated into a PC-controlled system. When connected to a computer, it enables automated calibration, bump testing, and data archiving for GX-Force instruments. The system supports up to ten SDM-Force docking stations connected via USB, providing a scalable solution for managing multiple devices. Additionally, it features connections for up to three calibration gas cylinders, ensuring flexible and efficient calibration options.
