Gizmo Engineering pushbutton tank fill level controller is a semi-automatic device designed to fill tanks at the push of a button. The solenoid valve opens and fills the tank to the float switch so that an operator doesn't need to stand by it while it fills. An emergency high-level float switch is included to prevent the tank from overflowing. If the fluid level reaches the emergency float, a buzzer alarm sounds and there is a redundant valve shutoff. Each pushbutton tank fill is pre-wired to a solenoid valve to make installation easy. The valves are pre-wired to the unit with a 10ft rubber-jacketed cord to make installation easy.
The polypropylene pipe and float switch is suitable for use with most chemicals. The pushbutton tank fill includes two float switches: one turns off the solenoid valve when the tank is filled, and the other is the high float switch is an emergency shutoff and alarm. The float switches are protected inside our unique float guard that eliminates the cause of most float failures.
