The AW-Lake JVK Series positive displacement flow meter economically and reliably meets the harsh demands of the chemical dispensing market. The materials of construction, including a Kynar body and AL2O3 bearings, are designed to provide years of service when used with the strongest chemicals including acid and caustic based fluids.
The AW-Lake JVK Series positive displacement flow meter features a non-intrusive sensor that detects the movement of the gears and produces a square-wave pulse for each gear tooth. This high resolution pulse train is proportional to the actual flow rate and provides a highly accurate representation of the fluid flow. The positive displacement principle is able to retain accuracy in conditions of changing viscosity and temperature and, for this reason, is superior to turbine flow meters in chemical dispensing applications.
