The 1901 and 1903 SOLFRUNT Pressure Gauge are dry case (liquid filled available for 4.5in sizes), aluminum flanged units designed for process applications that require a panel or wall/stem mounted gauge. Ranges from vacuum through gauge up to 6000psi are available (metric measurements and dual scale options available upon request).
The dial features a high temperature tested acrylic window for harsh application environments, with shatter resistant glass available(4.5in sizes only). This window is also easily removed for quick pointer adjustments. The 4.5in dial size has a factory fill option of glycerin, silicone, or mineral oil. This also includes a conversion kit for simplified refill maintenance in the field. Fill fluid drastically improves service life by helping to absorb some of the impact of excessive vibration. Glycerin is oft-used for room temperature applications, whilst silicone and mineral oil are used for higher operating temperature ranges.
The 6in dial size offerings provide easier to read, expanded graduations when the use case involves greater distances between installation point, and vantage point of the operator. With a 0.5% accuracy rate of span, both the 1901 and 1903 offer reliable data, in a rugged, low maintenance housing.
