The WIKA PSD-4 pressure switch combines outstanding design and functionality. With ranges to 7,500 psi, 0.5% accuracy, freely configurable output signals (PNP/NPN, 4-20mA / 0-10V), 5:1 scalability of the analog output, and outstanding self-diagnostics; the PSD-4 is an excellent automation solution.
The WIKA PSD-4 can be adapted to nearly any installation. The digital display can rotate up to 300° independently of the electrical connection, making it easy to adjust the unit to always face the operator. The M12 x 1 connection can also be positioned to suit the desired cable routing.
Understanding that pressure switches are often placed in rugged environments, the PSD-4 was features a robust design. The case and the threaded connection of the electrical connector are made from stainless steel so that over-winding or tearing off the connector is virtually impossible.
With the optional IO-Link communication standard, the PSD-4 electronic pressure switch allows a fast integration into modern automation systems. IO-Link offers simpler and faster installation, parameterization and higher functionality for the PSD-4.
