The FLIR T865 thermal imaging camera is a non-contact inspection tool that allows users to safely and comfortably assess the condition of critical electrical and mechanical equipment in utility and manufacturing applications.

The T865 camera features a 180° rotating optical block and ergonomic design for targeting images overhead or down low without strain. The camera's large, vibrant, 4-inch color LCD display and integrated eyepiece viewfinder allow the camera to be used in any environment, indoors or out, in any lighting condition. The T865 is compatible with FLIR AutoCal interchangeable lenses, for simplified transition from scanning wide areas with the 42° lens to inspecting small targets at a distance with the 6° telephoto lens.

The T865 also offers 1-Touch Level/Span contrast enhancement, laser-assisted autofocus, temperature measurement down to -40°F (-40°C) and temperature measurement accuracy to ±1.8°F (±1°C)/±1%.

Adding a FLIR T865 camera to a condition monitoring and predictive maintenance program can help reduce maintenance costs, improve system efficiency and reliability, and prevent lost production and downtime due to outages. The on-board Inspection Route system, the FLIR Route Creator plugin, and FLIR Thermal Studio Pro allow the user to record temperature data and imagery in a logical sequence for faster troubleshooting and repair, and automate data management and reporting.
