M-100 专为监测过程控制和惰性气体保护仪表的重要样品流量参数而设计。它可用作流量计的辅助报警监测器，适用于安装在旁路中以确定过滤器堵塞的应用。M-100 有 1/8" FNPT 和 1/4" FNPT 两种尺寸，材质为不锈钢。流量开关的水流量范围为 35 至 2,000 ml/min，空气流量范围为 700 至 65,000 sccm。

磁性活塞位于开关底部，没有流量。一旦建立流量，活塞就会响应旁路流量向上移动并启动簧片开关。旁路流量由控制可变孔口的手动调节螺钉控制。当流量减少时，活塞向下移动，簧片开关停止动作。
