M-100X 可调流量开关是一种极其灵敏且防爆的流量开关。它经过精心设计，可监测过程控制和惰性气体仪表中的重要样品流量参数。它用作流量计的辅助报警监视器，适用于安装在旁路中以确定过滤器堵塞的应用。M-100X 流量开关有 1/8" FNPT 和 1/4" 两种尺寸，材料可选不锈钢，水流量范围为 17-2,000 ml/min，空气流量范围为 400-65,000 sscm。

当没有流量时，自由磁性活塞位于孔的底部。相对于可变孔口调节，流量的工艺变化会启动活塞的移动，当流量损失时，活塞会恢复到其原始位置。活塞的运动会启动一个灵敏的簧片开关，该开关可以根据具体要求定位为指示常开或常闭电路。逆时针调节调节螺钉可使更多流量通过旁路，从而有效地降低流量开关的灵敏度。顺时针调节调节螺钉可减少旁路流量，将流路重新定向到主孔，以实现更灵敏的流量开关。
