M-60X 防爆流量开关可监控流量的增加和减少。能够监控水的低流量范围从 750 到 1,600 ml/min，空气的低流量范围从 25,000 到 55,000 scc/min。它利用单个移动部件来响应系统内流动的流体（液体或气体）。这款防爆流量开关专为监控过程控制和惰性气体仪表的重要样品流量参数而设计。固定设定点模型在触发时将在所需设定点的 10% 以内，而所有模型均提供 5% 的重复性。此开关适用于工业、生物医学和 OEM 产品的广泛应用。流量监测器仅在绝对建立流体流动时运行。 M-60X 防爆流量开关具有标准预校准设定点范围选项，可立即使用和分配。这些开关采用 SPDT 配置，并经过 UL 认证、ATEX 和 IECEX 认证。

工作原理基于自由浮动磁性活塞，该活塞仅对管路内流体的运动做出反应，而不对静态或系统压力做出反应。在流体流动的情况下，活塞的受控运动会启动外部密封簧片开关，从而打开或关闭所需的信号电路。该信号可用于启动声音或视觉警报以及继电器或其他控件。活塞行程短，可确保低滞后。流动过程中的压降从 0.035 到 2 psi 不等（在空气和液体的最大流量下）。通用安装装置配有弹簧，可重置活塞。弹簧通过穿孔盘固定到位。
